RecommendedMy a/c went out on a weekend and trilogy answered my call right away. They came to my home the next day and my a/c was installed right away. Marco Galindo was the representative that assisted me here in the area of Mission Texas. I highly recommend them customer service was excellent,service was quick but most important they installed high efficient a/c machines. I was able to get the machines on credit and payments are very affordable.

RecommendedI thank Trilogy for providing an honest diagnostic on the Condensing Unit, They delivered excellent service and only changed the malfunctioning part, I was able to save the entire unit. On the contrary, I had called another Air Conditioning company that misdiagnosed the Condensing Unit in my House, and I have been informed the Condensing Unit was no longer serviceable, and I needed to replace the entire unit which had a price of $4800, for legal reasons I cannot disclose the name of this "bad company" I am so happy I foun... read more
