The waiting time was minimal and everyone at Tristan was very personable, friendly and made me at ease. The entire experience was great!! Tristan will be my go to Urgent Care Center from now on!!

The staff is extremely kind.
I’ve been going to Tristen for a few years. Are used to see Rebecca Rose and it’s been a while since she left that I’ve gone there the transition was a little difficult especially with the front desk staff and I feel some of the physicians weren’t very responsive especially with refilling prescriptions. When a prescription refill is sent over from a pharmacy that should be one of the first things taken care of and I’ve waited days and days. Great. Took o I'd and flu test then prescribed correct medication for sinuses infection. They listened to me on what would work feel better already
Great experience, thank you. Called before coming in, the gentleman on the phone was kind and helpful. We got lucky and didn't have any wait time. The nurse and the doctor were amazingly attentive. Thank you, very good health care ❤ we are feeling better too.
