Wonderful The blower in the room didn’t work
Good It took us an hour to check in and out because there was one person at the check in desk the entire trip. I wouldn’t reccomend going on a weekend because it’s very crowded and they don’t have the staff to handle it The beach was beautiful and the hotel had a lot to do, a lot of restaurants and everything you needed
Children enjoyed their stay, should have booked two days to take advantage of the pool. Hard to get to amusement rides for those walking. Wasn’t aware to book spa in advance. Didn’t see a buffet. Early morning coffee at Marketplace

My experience was great. There was nothing I didn't like. The breakfast diner was good. The view from the Havana Tower was nice. Stayed at the Chelsea before really enjoyed that room.
