Nice but parking garage was very confusing and the whole hotel casino was a confusing maze and not Sitting areas were just okay Breakfast places near room were always full with a long wait and food court was only ok
Exceptional The check in was super long! Absolutely beautiful beautiful rooms and the view ! The beds were the most comfortable I’ve slept in at any other hotel!

Wrong room was given, not ocean view but then they changed it so check in took exceptionally long amount of time Wrong tower was written on our check in card so we couldn’t find the room number, it didn’t exist in the tower they told us yo go to. Then when we got that corrected, it wasn’t the ocean view we’d paid for. Had to go back to front desk to get room changed. Room was perfect when we got the correct one. Everything

Very Good The room was not like it was in the picture. There was suppose to be a tub. There wasn't. And the bathroom was dirty. I left the room cleaner than when I arrived. I felt like we were given a downgrade. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. We needed more towels and house keeping took care of it immediately. I also asked for a shower cap and they got me one. The people who worked there were great!
