Decent stay but overpriced. The wait time to check in was nearly one hour. checking out was approximately 15 mins. I was truly annoyed. I had a smoking room which was great for my husband’s 420 pleasure but the room wasn’t as clean as it should be during Covid. I saw hair on the floor and walls in the bathroom. dust and lint in the corners of the room and bathroom. tile completely out of the wall near the toilet. on my floor 38west, the elevator base to press up and down was falling out the wall… the hallways were neat and c... read more

Very Good Hidden fees. They don't tell you that there will be fees charged on top of your nightly room rate. Loved mostly everything

Very nice and would definitely stay again. Water in the shower could of be warmer had it on hot and was just warm water coming out.
