Exceptional We went during the week and it was hard to find a good restaurant that was open at the Tropicana. Close proximity to the beach.

The check in was smooth and easy. So was parking! N/A I enjoyed the views and the things they actually have for the kids! I though that was awesome them having the club and etc for the kids.
Mini Getaway-making the best of things The check in experience of the Havana tower. As i understand it is short staff one staff member should be assigned to take care of the customers who might have issues with the self check in process of the kiosk. Let’s not forget about customers who aren’t tech savvy. Also don’t believe the hotel was doing enough to maintain/ prevent Covid-19. Pleasant The check in was an absolute Zoo. The Chelsea tower was so outdated and not somewhere I want to stay again at the trop. The resort was affordable and room was clean
Good Parking garage was too far from room and very difficult to maneuver thru casino etc with luggage Requested 2 queens but had to do 1 king Restaurants were good Room comfortable
