Wonderful Check in was brutal. I had to wait until almost 6 pm to check in. It was a busy day because of the airshow, and prior to that was a huge concert, so I can understand why it took so long. I had a last minute booking and was given a corner room, which was fantastic. Views of the water and the city. The housekeeping staff were phenomenal. The resort is amazing, so much to do and see. You could spend a whole week here and not do everything.

Good Room air condition noisy and not very affective. Our room was in the Chelsea tower. All food options were a challenge to obtain. The location for the airshow is perfect. The folks and the food at the Mexican restaurant were awesome.

we had a great time. other then my room not being cleaned the first night everything was great!! My room was not clean the first night. I was not told I had to call for service. the room was nice, with a great view of the beach.
