Although the casino had many entertainment options, we unfortunately found a bed bug. The cleanliness. The restaurant and shop options.
Very Good Long check in at express kiosk. Only 2 working kiosks out of 6 made for over an hour long wait at express check-in. Location, amenities.

It was decent The pools were way to small for this location! I went to the parrot pool area and the waitress charged me 3 times for someone elses food and drinks! Still not resolved!
Nice overall but could be more updated in shower and cleanliness around bed floor area possible bed No other dining service or complimentary breakfast for guests maintenance not taking care of leak puddle of water in room Starbucks good convenient location good food
