Very Good Shower & Toilet made a very loud aould when used . We asked room service for more towels and were told They only had enough for the rooms they were cleaning. No fast direct way to speak to front desk . We ordered a cheese and fruit plate at the chelsea pool it was horrible sad looking and close to 20 dollars. Pleasant The room was not vacuumed each day and the bed sheets did not get changed. Also the bell guy that sits in the South tower is really nasty and rude. He needs to be trained in customer service. There were charging $25 to sit by the pool. Several of the restaurants at the Tropicana had very good food and the staff were nice.
