We had a fantastic time! We loved the "Havana" decor and the restaurants were great! Room was spacious and very clean
The hotel room were good, well conditioned and clean. We had a very good night sleep. The check in lines were quite long and I had to wait a good 30 minutes. Also, the check-in representative was not pleasant and without realizing it on my part she gave us a room with a handy cap-bathroom. The room was spacious and the king size bed was excellent.
Confusing but if you don't mind adventures you'll be okay Navigating around inside is a bit confusing and signage could be better Everything else!

Good We were therefor 6 nights and never once was our room cleaned. I had to ask for toilet paper and towels. The first room we were given had a leaking window from a storm and the carpet was all wet in the morning.We were told that we would get a military discount and free parking for being military. At check out they refused to give us the discount on the room. good location and easy access to the beach
Very Good It was a bit pricey especially for one night and the pool closes too early outside pool at that. I like that I have to go anywhere to get food or anything everything was on site and right outside to go to the beach

Had a great time. The pool had a nasty ring around it. It needed to be cleaned. Loved all the different things to do within the resort. We ate and went to one of the bars.
