Comfortable hotel in a good location, but ease of entry and exit left wow The restaurants all (except one) closed early and we couldn't get food because we got in late--a terrible check in process really caused this to be even more difficult unfortunately. Additionally, the check out process itself was fine; but my boyfriend had to walk up the ramp to our car because the line for the elevator bay was so long, and the staff would not let us use any stairs to go up to our floor. Good When I went to sleep on my last night there, I rest my arm down the bed on the box spring part.A few minutes later it was itching with red marks all around my arm. Bedbugs. Location was good

Very Good that everything closed early (covid) but why open up when your not fully fully open and parking I had to walk from the quarters to the north tower the suite room was really nice and clean and the slots gave me lots of money and then took it back but overall it was nice PFChang was so good the food was yummy
It was definitely over priced. Very over priced, nothing was included in the amount of money you spend, and security harassed me when I had my son in the stroller talking to my parents at the casino…. Which was very rude. It was very clean and perfect location.
