Felt there is not enough staff on the front desk to help visitors The online checking in the fact they changed my room from ocean front to ocean view. Felt way overcharged Casino
The filter was dirty so my room was hot so I had to get maintenance to change it The long walk across the bridge to check in Location

Pleasant The pictures online of the rooms are a little misleading, the rooms are not as nice as they appear. Convenient to have all of the different options within the hotel.

It was ok The extra fees at check in !!! Paid close to 400 for a room on a Tuesday !!!!! Also , the extra fees to use the amenities at the facility , We went to the beach , tried to get chairs !!!!! The young guy who was sick as a dog , told us , they were understaffed and couldn’t give us any chairs !!! And that was AT2:00 !!! Tried to tell someone , but , got passed around to 3 different extensions , and seems nobody could help ! The room was very nice, & clean !!! Staff were friendly!!
It was excellent Took my mom's Tropicana for her birthday the room was excellent excellent size she loved it I loved it everything was great the restaurants was great the bloke what was great we had a good time we'll do it again
Wonderful The bathroom wasn't completely clean when we arrived.. There were still dirty towels under the sink. Also we had problems with the toilet. But it was resolved in a timely fashion. Staff was pleasant and courteous.
we are repeat guests at tropicana. we love it but wish restaurants were open later ! waaaayyy expensive on weekends. restaurants close too early! lots of food all around and the pool is fabulous!
