Very Good Staff give no information. No elevator available after checking out. Several families walking to their cars. No stairs from “C” to upstairs. Clean and close to the beach
Exceptional The check in was a bit lengthy but it wasn't terrible. Make sure to reserve your dining prior to arrival. We arrived on Friday at 4pm and the first available dining at most of the restaurants was Sunday evening. If you can't get a reservation, I recommend picking up food and eating in your room. Still very fun

Exceptional We had a inconvenient problem and the manager on duty Saturday night, Donte, was very accommodating and it made all the difference in our stay.
MY Experience My room was switched without my knowledge..No Ocean view. Also told I had to wait 1hr for the room I reserved. Carpets in the rooms are stained and dirty. No microwave in sight Room was was spotless except the floor. Housekeeping was excellent. Casino staff were very knowledgeable...i was lost every 10 mins
