It was satisfactory. The bed wasn't the best for support. The closet space was awful. Your clothes drag on the floor when you hang them up. There were no extra coverings like a blanket if needed. There were no bell service after certain hours. My partner is in a wheelchair. The room was spacious for her to get around. The bathroom was also wheelchair accessible and made it easier for her to maneuver. I like that the curtain completely shut out the light from outside.
Pleasant Easily lost. No maps or anything that helps you get around. My room was clean and the hotel itself is really nice.

Pleasant South Tower needs an over hall. Hall carpets So Filthy. View was of the roof & other Towers. I won't stay in the South Tower again. Beach & food
Came back to my hotel room saturday afternoon, the door was open. Assuming housekeeping didnt shut it properly. When I r My view was of a wall. Location.
