Good I booked the Havana tower but didn't find out until I checked in the Havana only open on weekend. I was given a room in South tower which I don't like. But I did have ocean view The view

It was ok I’m from Pennsylvania and our casino cleans the area after every person sits to play. No one touches the cards but the dealer. They wear gloves and face masks and sanitize Room was clean. But I felt that the casino should have had way more people walking around cleaning. I didn’t see cleaning people walking around wiping down areas that are being touched a lot.

75/25 fair review here The only down fall was not being able to use to pools due to covid restrictions. Also The room smelled a bit like cigarettes even thou I asked for non smoking & the bed was super hard for me. It was a good experience. I was so excited to be there & the main lobby was so fun. So many restaurants, bars, food, & casino fun. They even have a comedy hour on the weekends at Kiss. Cuba Libre is a must do : ) it’s also Super clean

Good Check out time on Sunday ... Elevator Service was VERY POOR ON THE WEST TOWER. My wife and I had to walk down from the 47th floor to the 30th floor to exit The WEST TOWER ... Need More Elevators

Fair. Poor value for price ratio. The price was high for a Sunday night. And they charged me an extra 20 for an early check in (2 hours) after I had played their all night.
Wonderful stay We had a beautiful room. Very clean and smelled good.
