Exceptional waiting for check in and using the kiosk i had to still get in line for desk check in.. also finding my room I felt like I was all over the place along with other confused guest comfortable bed

Pleasant Our room in the Chelsea Tower had a leak from a drain, which then caused part of our room carpet to be wet. Also caused a musky smell, but hotel was so busy and we had travelled so far we just kept the room. Chelsea 5 Gastro pub was amazing
Very Good It was not very easy to find where you’re going . There’s not enough signs directing to the front lobby and checkout. There were several people walking in circles with bags and luggage...including myself. This was the deal breaker for me. The hotel was nice but that was too much. I did read about this in other reviews but omg to experience it was very annoying. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
