Good with the bad Chelsea Tower is an exhausting distance from the main casino and restaurant area and I’m an able-bodied 30 year old. The place is a maze. I had a hard time finding anything. A map in each room with a “you are here” marker would be helpful. The ground level door from Chelsea tower is LOCKED where you can exit to the street but cannot re-enter with the room key. Me and hundreds of other hotel guests throughout my 3 night stay were continuously frustrated that we had to walk allll the way 10-15 minutes through... read more

Wonderful
With the exception of the pool my stay was amicable. The pool for the kids was very uninviting. It was opened late, approx 10 minutes, and we still had to wait for the lifeguard. The bathroom was also locked and couldn't be opened. After 20 minutes I left, and my daughter didn't get to swim because the lifeguard was still a no show. The room was clean, comfortable, and I like that I had an Ocean view.

Wonderful Place was very large, could have used a gps , but it was fun exploring. Everything was as expected, I heard from other quests there were issues with elevators. I was not affected at all.

We love the casino atmosphere and the many great restaurants! We have stayed many times in Tropicana but our room was beat up. Wall paper peeling stain on rugs dirty windows . Broken lamp shade… I have photos, don’t want to put them up here but if I was contacted by the property I can share them. Close to beach- lots of good restaurants.
