clean and fun. pool was closed during our stay. we booked a tuesday on purpose for low crowds but didn’t realize the indoor pool is closed weekdays. outdoor pools are only open during the summer season. other than that, friendly service and good food/drink options

Clean room. The floor we were on had updated carpet in the hallway, fresh paint in the rooms, new fake wood floors in the room. It felt very clean.

Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping quickly respon to request. We stayed in Havana Tower Executive Suite, very spacious. My only complaint is they need to put more towel racks or hooks in the bathrooms.
