Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Good restaurants. It took 20 minutes to get out of the parking garage. Suggest you install self pay lane. Great location, easy to get to self parking.

Overall, very nice but would not return. Due to room service for food. Ordering Room Service for breakfast was a nightmare. Disconnected on phone numerous times. Extremely long phone waiting time. Food cold by time it arrived. Very disappointed. Hotel and Restaurants were fine.

Exceptional
Our Tropicana Stay Our room was dirty when we arrived. We had to have housekeeping come and clean the mirror in the sleeping area because there where obvious fingerprints and other markings. We also notices the bathroom floor had hairs all over it, and the back of the toilet was dusty. Also there was some type of water issue in the hallway near the vending and ice machine. Wonderful stay in a cool looking hotel Room could have had more decor, felt a little blah, halls reeked of marujuana but I guess hotel can’t control that, felt a little creepy in the early morning could use a little more security at that time Love the variety of restaurants and love the decor. Awesome location. Great atmosphere

Immer wieder - viel Charme, nettes Personal und gutes Entertainment! Die Klimaanlage war auch sehr alt, hat nicht viel gebracht aber dafür total laut und der Teppich direkt darunter war nass. Lage am Boardwalk perfekt. Casino und weitere Angebote, wie Restaurants sowie Unterhaltung ausreichend vorhanden. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer im Chelsea Tower sind alt aber haben einen typischen AC Charme und der Ausblick auf die anderen Casinos und den Beach war sehr gut.

Pleasant There is a fair bit of walking you’ll have to do if you choose this hotel. The Havana Tower is close to many of the shops. I tried my hand at the slot machines at the casino, but had very little luck! Even still, great selection of slot machines to choose from if you want to try your luck. This hotel had many food options. I enjoyed the seafood boil at Chickie and Pete’s, very good portion size that is easily enough for 3-4 people to share.
