Maravilloso, tranquilidad y plenitud. Solo habia una piscina abierta, la otra estaba en remodelación. El hotel es enorme, tiene muchas actividades para hacer, la habitación estaba cómoda, tiene vistas panorámicas muy bonitas, los empleados fueron muy amables nos atendieron muy bien y nos ayudaron con mis requerimientos.

Good When we walked through hall garbage bags were in the hall from each room for hours. When we got to our suite it was not cleaned. When I called to complain I was told they do not have to clean rooms. I said since I was in a suite they should be cleaned first. Girl told me they don't have to clean the rooms. She was rude. I hung up on her. Probably won't return. Our suite was beautiful. Always enjoy sitting at bar at Chickie & Peetd. Food was great.

Not sure if I'll go back. Air conditioning never worked and never got compensated for it. It took 45 min to check in. Location and variety of things to do.

Overall, if our room was cleaner and the staff did not rush us to leave, our stay would have been a nine. When we arrived to our room, our shower, was full of hair. The room was not the cleanest. When it was time to leave on Sunday, one of the cleaning staff knocked on our door asking if we were checking out an hour and thirty minutes before the check out time. Great place for we can getaway. Probably the pillows. I prefer a flat pillow over thick pillow. Clean and had a lot of amenities
