Nice stay but avoid staying at Chelsea tower Chelsea tower which I had my room in is not very good, avoid that tower because it smells bad, like smokeing weed, and not very clean, it’s not worth the money you pay to stay in that tower, honestly it’s not even a tower, so go to the other buildings/towers within Tropicana hotel, definitely better in terms cleanliness and money. Tropicana hotel is good, very close to the beach, directly on the boardwalk. A lot of restaurants and bars are in there. Close to attractions and market... read more

Balling on a budget with my broke best friend ( my 10 yr old son) lots of laughs great memories and good food. My biggest thing was the bathroom but really I booked a long room for my 10 yr old son and I to stay in. There was a pocket door which didn’t give much privacy and also no fan. First time in AC and the Tropicana, I really enjoyed the inclusiveness of it. Pleasant Door jam was broke on arrival, no chain for door lock did not feel safe first night. AC broken carpet soaked in front of ac was not able to be fixed. Not able to move rooms. Given a $50food voucher which I was unable to use. That it was close to the dance competition
