Good The parking was confusing. We couldn't find our car in the self park on the first day and it made for a miserable start to the vacation. Signage should be better. The lines for the elevators were horrendous. Lots to do.

Exceptional During our stay of the five elevators in The Havana tower, only two were working, causing long waiting and crowded elevators when they did come The room was very nice, the staff was very good

Very fun, book it ! I did not like how long the elevators took! There was so much to do! Things open all hours of the day/night and felt very safe.
