Room was clean and well kept, it smelled great. The valet service was terrible, and took over a hour , very unorganized. I was charged twice for my room, had to complain to get my refund, kiosk did not work for check in. Elevator wait was ridiculous had to wait 30 mins at a time to get on. Overall 5/10 experience. I will however give them another try, but not anytime soon.
