Exceptional perfect stay i only stayed for one night and got an upgrade as soon we we checked in i have never had better service at any other resort and i’ve stayed at them all !!

North tower is not up to par!! The North tower wasn’t for me!! I wasn’t to please with the smell in the halls, the dim lights and the dingy looking carpet & walls. I love the Tropicana however I wasn’t impressed with the North Tower. The room was very basic and the halls were dim and dingy!! The pro is the location... North Tower is located directly above the casino!!
It was a ok stay the kids had fun That the pool opened at 10aam our pool time was 10-1130 and they wouldn’t give us a late check out so we had to get the kids out the pool and take them straight out to the car. I think the pool should open earlier and families should have time to go to the pool and go back to the room and get themselves together especially in the winter The stay was good minor issue with bathroom door getting stuck and the heat not working properly

Wonderful Everything was perfect.
Pleasant This was not a great time .. my first time to this hotel and I was not happy .. when we checked in they told us we had to go to the south tower .. remind u never been to this hotel so we walked around for 45 mins trying to get the key to our rooms .. the staff we ask had us all over the place we ended up talking to couples who did the same thing we did and they were more helpful .. anytime we ask for directions no one could give us clear directions.. our room smell like smoke and the hall decor is so old ..
