Very Good I booked thru booking.com and had asked for early check in. Booking.com checked with the property and told me that Tropicana approved it at no extra cost. Once i arrived I was charged for the early check in. The receptionist was not very friendly or helpful in getting this resolved. She went into the back to ask her manager and came back and just told me no. Love the Tropicana atmosphere and amenities
