My staff was fabulous and I will book again in the future. CDC guideline followed Have not experienced any negativity while I was at Resort When I called for room service they were prompt for food, cleaning the room etc. Staff were polite and nice

A+ Loved everything. The Tropicana was so beautiful especially with all of the holiday lights. Everything was also so clean from the room to the bathrooms to the common areas. The staff were all polite and helpful. They took much care in insuring people’s safety and health during these Covid times.
