Very Good On the west tower it was very noisy. Kept hearing banging noise, maybe from the elevators There are many things to do and many places to eat. Room was comfortable and clean.

Very Good The only thing we didn't like was the pool closed to early and we had to pay for the chairs to sit there we thought every thing would of been included you guys should let the customers know that there are extra fees to us the pool We like the girl who cleaned our room each day she did a great job and we liked the location every it was easy to find the room we stayed in. If we needed help finding something in the resort help was always easy to to get from the staff

Overall, our stay was great! Any complaints were taken care of immediately ... the refrigerator wasn't cold, had to call maintenance the tv was super small and the room smelled like weed the bed, the bath, and the scenery

Menos mal fue solo una noche La limpieza deja musgo que desear, alfombras en los hallas de las habitaciones parecía que no aspiraron en varios días. Las habitaciones faltaban muchos detalles por limpiar y tener un mejor mantenimiento en todo el hotel El horario de atención en la piscina es muy limitado, debería haber más actividades para los niños. Exceptional People awake really late I did like your property but the only thing was the people next door kept making noise during the night and would not let us sleep.
