Stayed one night at Tropicana Atlantic City. The overall establishment is very clean, and the bathrooms in the common areas were spotless. However, our room could have used some TLC. The toilet was noticeably stained, and there was a section of the shower that looked patched and out of place. The check-in kiosk didn’t seem to be working properly and kept saying our room wasn’t available, even though we arrived well past the official check-in time. You are no longer checked in at the front desk, the staff directs you to use a kiosk. The Chelsea Tower is very far from the main casino, only 1 elevator was working the other 2 were broken. The hotel room was outdated and the shower kept leaking causing the floor to pool with water. Not recommend staying here unless the other towers are updated. My experience rate would be a 3.

I had a smoking room yet the smoke alarm went off every time I smoked and had to wait for an actual person to come to disable it. I was terribly disappointed by that. There were stains on the carpet and couch but besides that I had a great experience. Everything was accessible.
