Good We didn't like how big it was and the constant having to change floors. It was very easy for us to get lost. The staff saw us looking around kinda lost but didn't ask if they could help. We liked the village marketplace setting. It had many different stores and places to get different things.

Pleasant Rooms are not sound proof and we could hear everything from other rooms.

overall it was great there was no locking mechanism to the door only a chain lock. had to put a chair infront of our door. close to the casino

Great hotel to stay at! Indoor pool closes tooo early! Nice hotel! Lots of restaurants to choose from. The beds were very comfortable & our room in the Havana Towers was very clean!
