GOOD TIME The only thing that I didn't like was the staff presence to assistant you whenever I needed help finding where different things places was located. I went inside the business center to ask a question and the employee never acknowledged my presence that was disheartening This was my first time staying at the property but whenever I visit I always make my way to the Tropicana. I like the broad variety of things to do onsite, food, nightlife, amenities and etc. I will be back soon

A decent stay for the price It was a great experience but I would rather stay on another side. The west towers was too far from everything. But other than that it was good. Also the pool water was too cold for it to be an indoor pool. Water temperature need to be adjusted.

My room was nice but I won’t stay there again for the reasons I mentioned. That there was a lack of security and loiterers in the lobby wandering off the street. Sleeping on the benches like homeless people. This was not making me feel safe as they could’ve easily gotten on the elevators and been a danger to the vulnerable. Where the elevators are located there needs to be security to monitor and make sure that only guests are in that area because I was nervous. I did not feel safe My room

get rewards card! My only complaint I ever have is that I wish the food venues were open longer. The casino and drinks are open 24 hours but sometimes you get hungry and there is a few hours between restaurants closing for food vs when they reopen. Once we arrived we were informed that our bed we booked online was sold out but as Caesar Reward Members we would be upgraded to a better room. I enjoyed being taken care of even as new members.
