Enjoyable stay with an amazing view of the beach. I liked everything ! I liked how lively the property was lively & clean. We stayed in the Havana Tower, room was beautiful & the view of the beach was AMAZING! Check in was delayed but it was still an enjoyable stay & it wasn’t overly crowded in the casinos.

Played on the floor, walked the beach and boardwalk alot. Wasn't very lucky, but enjoyed our stay Had to pay for drinks at the poker bar, while gambling.all the other casinos drinks were free at their poker bars. Location, pools ,

We had the perfect stay, everyone was so nice and helpful! It was difficult to navigate our way to the beach. We had breakfast, stopped in a couple days for coffee. Carmine’s was an excellent restaurant!

Very Good I am used to a room with a sitting area but I'll upgrade to a better room next time. I believe this was my first time in the West Tower. I do like the location to get to everything.

Pleasant The air conditioner in room 8604 is set n locked at 69°, too cold. The refrigerator didn't work at all. Had two baths towels, 2 wash cloths and 1 hand towel for two day stay!! No batteries in the TV remote. Wallpaper peeling and pieces of stucco ceiling missing!! Disappointed wth the 2 night stay. You should advise handicapped visitors should not book Chelsea Towers. Too much walking!

Pleasant Well when we checked in the hotel it was quick. But the room was in an area with noise around. So we asked for another room which was granted. But we didn't have any maid service we had to say something in order to get our room taken care of. I like that we didn't have to go outside the building to enjoy ourselves. We loved the casino and the eateries.
