My original room must have had som water damage because it had a mildew smell. I was immediately moved when I went to the front desk. The lady at the front desk was very sweet. My next room was beautiful but the shower had barely any shower pressure so the water was very weak. I was told they would send someone up to check on it but no one ever came.

The pool was closed. I would have picked a different hotel if I had known that it would be closed the entire stay. The kids were upset that they could not go swimming.
