VERY SATIFIED OVERALL. CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK!!!! NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE AS A STANDARD COMPLIMENT. I DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE HOUSEKEEPING RULES FOR SERVICE THAT YOU NEEDED TO TEXT TO GET SERVICE. i WENT FIVEW DAYS WITHOUT SERVICE, AND MADE IT WORK WITHOUT THEIR SERVICE.

Overall the stay was good, just one interaction with the second shift manager affected us a lot. Some of it is pretty beat up water fountains out of service a little dingy. Other things were great. The second shift manager at the front desk was the worst part of it all. Our travels were delayed so we got there at 11:30PM. When we walked up to the desk there was a lady complaining and threatening lawsuits against one lady on your staff and there was a man just standing a ways away not doing anything about it, come to find out... read more
