Very Good Indoor pool was closed at at 5pm Staff helped us to get connected rooms and we got rooms with a good view

Exceptional No comment The lady Yolanda on South side 16th floor was very nice and respectful and the view was great. I love to sit at the window at the Ocean.

Good We didn't like how big it was and the constant having to change floors. It was very easy for us to get lost. The staff saw us looking around kinda lost but didn't ask if they could help. We liked the village marketplace setting. It had many different stores and places to get different things.

Pleasant Rooms are not sound proof and we could hear everything from other rooms.

overall it was great there was no locking mechanism to the door only a chain lock. had to put a chair infront of our door. close to the casino
