Pleasant Didn't clean the room we did 2 nights. We ask for towels never got them The convenience of having the casino there

Good I wasn't a huge fan of the rooms in the west tower The hotel is very nice and has a lot of nice restaurants and shops. The casino was fun too! It's also in a great location

Exceptional The cigarette smoke all over. Not healthy at all for anyone who doesn't smoke. The restaurants, the bars, the staff were nice.
