We enjoy Christmas there every year and have stayed at other times. No more bright lights, though. We were glad to pay the upgrade. The price quoted at check-in was lower in price than on the bill. Our 8th floor suite, (818?) was fine until the outside Kleigh lights completely lit up our room all night. I had a sleep mask, but it still affected our sleep. As we were staying only two more nights, we decided not to complain. We will not book or accept a room in that part of the hotel again. The sliding bathroom door was off it... read more
