Decent Hotel but mid casino. The casino isn't the nicest on the boardwalk, was playing craps at a table that was cold as ice and adjusted my strategy to a dark strategy and the dealers were giving me a hard time about it. Ended up being the only winner at the table but whatever, won enough to cover the $$ I spent on the overpriced food and drink there. Booked with the site and got a room in the "Chelsea Tower" which was very difficult to find from the check-in desk the tower is located up a stairway and behind a casino area ... read more

Great stay! Loved it! All the Ubers I had to take to the convention center and the room was never cleaned the entire time we were there Great hotels and restaurants! I wish your hotel had a jitney to go to the convention center.

Great fun will do it again in heartbeat Nothing other than not receiving the $150 back in damage deposit Everything it was beautiful the only thing is I still haven’t received my $150 back in damage deposit that I paid a few days before the trip when I was booking it.

Birthday stay My shower was dirty had several strains of long hair on wall and shower floor. They sent someone to clean it but that fully did not the hair was still on the wall after they supposedly cleaned. They did give a 50 dollar food credit after I called the 1st time but then the shower was still in clean just didn't bother to call bck. I love Tropicana the location is wonderful and everything is in the vicinity.
