Nice Some elevators and escalators were out of services not good at all since a lot people have to wait several minutes to get to the parking garage.Also very hot on lobby and elevators. Chickie's and Pete's was wonderful

TROPICIANA HAVANA tower and casino, always the best. Wish I could have stayed a couple days more. ONLY wish for was room service, room service menu. MOST OF ALL, Hotel ITINERARY of all the restaurants and activities for each day.... Please but itinerary in each room desk. My sister and I had a wonder stay.... The room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. bathroom had plenty of towels and very clean...My floor HAVANA TOWER WAS THE BEST, room 6522 was very clean........

Very easy maintenance never seems to be done, impacting stays there. Ice machine on floor not working, as usual. Escalators for Havana Towers ALWAYS broken when I visit, this really is a show stopper, when caring large luggage and other items. I think it is time to try another facility. Room ok, housekeeping very nice, the public restrooms in casino very clean.
