Frustrated, but redeeming Tropicana had messed up our room reservations and this was very frustrating after a long day of travel. Nice facilities with plenty of shops

A lot of the workers in the casino had attitudes Rooms were outdated the hotel in general was not clean That we did not have to leave for anything. The food was amazing

Wonderful Habia reservado una cama Queen y recibimos una habitacion de 2 camas dobles, eso fue el unico bajon d ela estadia, pero lo demas muy bien. Las actividades en el hotel, los restaurantes muy buenos, las tiendas.

Nice stay which helped with the frustration with checking in. Lots of trouble with the reservation. Also talked to serval arriving at the same time, who also had issues. The casino was nice
