We had a great time as usual enjoying the amenities, but Room was kind of filthy. Hair from visitors from night before all over the bathroom, a strong repugnant odor in fridge, fresh stains on the carpet, and lack of usable toiletries

Room was clean and gorgeous, women at front desk upgraded us to a suite. It was beautiful! She was extremely kind.
