Would stay here again! One of the women at the Caesar’s rewards desk was not very pleasant. I went to get a rewards card with my husband and she overall gave the demeanor that she did not want to be there helping us. As luck would have it, i lost my card and had to go back to get another one and she was there again. I almost didn’t walk up to get a replacement just because i didn’t want to have to interact with her. She had glasses and very curly hair with bangs So ecstatic to be in the Havana Towers. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely go back we thought there wasn't any hot water but maintenance staff came right up and told us that because we were at the end of the hall it takes longer for the hot water to make it down to our room. Also, the rug and sofa could use a cleaning. Our room was big and the bed was so comfy. Also had great pillows. The room location was at the end of the hall so it was nice and quiet

Was it a lie..... I checked off that I preferred a smoking room but I guess none where available during check in.I was told that I could check the next morning. When I came to check the first representative stated there were no smoking rooms available and probably won't be available the remainder of my representative . I told her about my room being hot all night and she asked did I want someone to come check the air or she could change the room if nothing changed.
