It was okay The Havana side had no working a/c ‘ the room looked outdated and the mattress was broken in the middle / elevator on that side sound like they are going to break Nice stores / restaurants and the casino

Wonderful! Wished we had a microwave. The only issue was the carpet in the hallway of the tower on the 19th floor. There was a pungent, damp, awful smell that housekeeping could not get rid of. The carpet needs to ripped up and replaced. I absolutely loved the room. We stayed in the Chelsea Tower The view of the ocean was unbelievable.
