Exceeded my expectations ! Absolutely loved our stay! The convenience of the location. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing.Professional ,friendly staff very knowledgeable, helpful ,pleasant ,welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was noticeably clean throughout, helpful staff, so much amenities and stores for shopping. Excellent location with quick access to beach . Short distance to Cape May to visit . Hotel hallways need major upgrades. Room need upgrade as well. Very 1980 Sofa dirty and carpet stained ! Location is excellent . Very pleasant staff. Restaurant very good , had some great dinners .

Good The shower head was mildew, and I couldn't take a shower until they decided to come put in a new one. The bed was comfortable

Enjoyed the stay, felt price was fair, BUT room, bed, and ambient noise detracted significantly. Overnight noise in corridor, required multiple calls for security before they arrived. Requests for room cleanup were IGNORED!! Multiple calls and face to face requests at front desk, plus telephone calls to housekeeping were required and were not even responded to on two different days.!! Bathroom floors were not throughly cleaned. Overall comfort, bathroom size

Very Good Rooms could use a bit of refreshing. Carpet worn out. Food choices are excellent, most cuisines available.
