First time at the Tropicana The room was excellent. Unfortunately, the ice machine wasn't working, and trying to find the pools or any other amenities was very difficult. First time staying at the Tropicana. The upgraded room was wonderful.

Nice Some elevators and escalators were out of services not good at all since a lot people have to wait several minutes to get to the parking garage.Also very hot on lobby and elevators. Chickie's and Pete's was wonderful
