Tough time with registration with a reservation but room was clean and casino upgraded. Line to register. It took us almost one hour to register. We did not get our room for over three hours. The hotel wants you to pay an additional $30 if you want early arrival. Our room wasn’t ready even though I would have paid. This is just a money grab. Room was clean. Casino has been updated.

Pleasant Room had plumbing problems. Some restaurants in hotel had horrible service. Location was good. Close to beaches and Boardwalk. Hotel facilities and restaurants were good.

Staff are friendly, do the best they can under difficult circumstances and food options are enjoyable. Check-in was an abomination. 90 minutes in an endless line. Screaming children. No place for my guest to sit while I waited in line. There should have been a “special ops” person to take care of difficult or time-consuming guests.
