Good stay overall I booked a room in the Chelsea Tower, when I checked in online it said I was going to be in the Havana Tower but when I turned up at the hotel I was given a room in the West Tower. I was told that the Chelsea Tower was closed (which can’t have been true because friends of mine stayed in it the same night) and that if I wanted to be in the Havana Tower I would have to pay extra. Overall it was great I'd advise u call the hotel 1st b4 booking. It was over booked. I didn't get the room I ordered. Clubs only played 1 type of music Everything closes very early. Can't get any good food at 1 a.m when we were out drinking. That's not good for the amount of people who are out clubbing and drinking. They are gonna have to pay o.t to the janitor. House keeper didn't come til check out Front desk was closed at my tower had to go 3 towers over just to check in for a second room instead of being able to use the ... read more
