I want a discount on what I paid. I spoke to someone at the desk and they said to text a number but after spending over I didn’t realize my room didn’t have a fridge till the AM hours. I lost all the food I bought the first night. Then I was going to go out the next day and realized the room didn’t have an iron for my clothes. but there was an iron board… atmosphere

Check days to visit Room smelled moldy and made my allergies react. Cigarette smoke was intense walking through upper Level near casino. They need a better filtration system. We saw several people sleeping on the couches in the whiskey lounge. Was concerned they were random folks sleeping in the hotel. Pools in Chelsea tower were not open. Express phone checkout didn’t work and I had to wait to get help at kiosk to check out because there isn’t a sign telling you to include the number 8 in front of your room number if you’re... read more

Wonderful AC in our room wasn’t great. Were not able to contact front desk for fresh towels and housekeeping did not come for our 2 night stay. Hash House had very slow service and ok eggs. Took almost an hour to get our car after checkout. Location was great. The Palm and Il Verde restaurants were excellent. Rooftop pool and Boogie Nights were a blast. Boardwalk access was easy. Casino was fun!
