Nice room but customer service needs some work to do: very disrespectful. Check in kiosk was breaking down a lot making Staff was rude The room was cleans and nice view
Loved the atmosphere and variety of entertainment. Lots of walking. Needed a map. Check in lines too long. Various restaurants and proximity to beach and casino.

Wonderful There was no carpet in room 4918 west room
For what we payed to stay here the accommodations were disappointing Room didn’t have enough towels, sink didn’t drain, (this was fixed after we reported it), room wasn’t cleaned until third day of our stay, fridge door didn’t stay closed and didn’t have racks on door for extra storage, hallway wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there (same candy wrapper by elevator) Close to beach and boardwalk

Good loacarion for a fun family trip Parking, had no daily room cleaning, low staff but staff that was there was very nice. Cost of food was very expensive Proximity to the beach and plenty of fun family activities at the resort and surrounding area.
