The main areas were nice. But my room could use updating. The rugs were stained and the tables were not wiped you can see the cup marks.

My stay at this hotel was ok overall. The location was convenient; the staff were helpful. The North tower it's great but had to switch from Chelsea tower needs a good upgrade. The amenities were average, but enough for a short stay. I'd consider staying again if I needed something affordable in the area ."

We were forced to upgrade from a below 1 star room to about a three star because the smell of our room and the hallway was unbearable. The room was in horrible condition. The AC didn’t work so we couldn’t get the stale humidity out of the room. The property most have been good a long time ago but needs a complete overhaul

Great stay. However some of the carpet had a urine smell. Management should just get rid of carpets
