My overall score is a 5 for this hotel My floor was still dirty from prior guests. Housekeepers sweep ( when they do )the dirt out to the hallway of hotel but no one came by and vacuumed our floor outside our door!! It's sad considering we paid so much for the room. I liked the fact everything was close by like food or Starbucks etc..

We went for the air show an it was awesome Could not locate things too many escalators to get anywhere It was very good

I love the atmosphere and grape variety of shops and restaurants at the Tropicana. I always stay in the Havana tower, wh Nice rooms and amenities and restaurants in the Havana tower.

little good that towels and pillows tissue are limited we are 4 the only give 2 towels and pillows For a few days the music

Overall Was A Good Experience. Shower Faucet Handle Was Inoperable At 1st! Had To Call Maintainance, & Aftwr Almost An hour Someone Finally Came To Fix it. The Restaurants & Shops Downstairs. Also, Easy Check in& Checkout.
