The hotel is a little tired and could use a makeover but the public areas and restaurants are fine. It was ok for a short stay - very convenient for the boardwalk and beach. The housekeeper who handled our room was great.

The trop is great. We’ve stayed there for years. Only thing that I wasn’t happy about was the self park was $35! I get that it’s a holiday weekend but that’s ridiculous when you consider that it was well over 1k for two rooms and one night stay.
