When first arrived staff was very helpful checking in and it was quick and easy. We initially declined paying additional for an upgrade we were just staying one night. Our room was in the Chelsea building the room was horrible there were stains on the bedding, lots of water stains on the ceiling everything in the room was dusty as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months I would not suggest staying in the Chelsea building.
