Comfortable The 10.00 extra charge for checking in using the kiosk ..checked in 245pm. No charge after 3pm...the check in counter could of used more help. Room was great. Views were good...

it was an okay facility at best. our room was not the cleanest place I’ve stayed. there was mold in the bathroom. the shower squealed very loudly the entire shower. the toilet flush was loud and sprayed water when flushing. the west tower where we stayed smelled like pot security visited many of the rooms around us. it was close to places we wanted to go!

Good The bathroom of the room was small and outdated. The TV in the room was not even HD TV. I liked the optionality for the bar and dinning options. The Chelsea gastro hub view, bourbon selection and food were very good.
