Pretty nice; once you're checked in The check-in process was a nightmare. Had to wait in line for literally two hours. The mall area near the hotel had several shops and eateries.
Nice except for the check in! The check in process was horrific. The kiosks were working for some people and not others. We waited approximately 2 1/2 hours on line to Check in. No place for elderly to sit while waiting. Started the trip off with a really bad experience. Only 3 staff members working at check in. Never experienced anything g like it and we travel across the USA and Europe. Just not a good customer experience! Good location. Lots of restaurants onsite!

Wonderful Took 3 hours to check in ..ridiculous Barely any hot water I n shower Room was good size
Love it. Pillows were not comfortable. Need update carpet. Family friendly. Good restaurant.
