Decent stay with a few hiccups The wait for the elevator. It took a very long time to get downstairs. It appeared as if everyone checked out at the same time. Even though check out through text was way more convenient than checking out at the desk, it was alarming at how many people tried to leave their rooms at the same time. Room was clean but smelled a lot like smoke. It was comfortable and had a nice view. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean which was important for a family traveling with children

Decent The shower in our room got really hot and then would get really cold , and then really hot again. The tub also didn’t drain properly but they did send someone out to fix it. Also the walk from where you check in to the west tower is a decent walk with luggage. Plenty of stuff to do good location

Very Good -One elevator in the West Tower sounds like it's going to break down -Room was nice, clean & spacious but needs a little fine tuning. Wall paper peeling, etc. - Room size. - Comfortable bed - Ocean view - Amount of options of restaurants & entertainment without leaving the hotel

Cool place to hang out, sleep and eat! Long walk to the Chelsea Tower rooms but it was worth it! Clean, comfortable room facing the ocean. Nice, helpful staff. Variety of places to eat.
