Good stay overall I booked a room in the Chelsea Tower, when I checked in online it said I was going to be in the Havana Tower but when I turned up at the hotel I was given a room in the West Tower. I was told that the Chelsea Tower was closed (which can’t have been true because friends of mine stayed in it the same night) and that if I wanted to be in the Havana Tower I would have to pay extra.
