Ive gone 3 times this year for days each time. My only criticism is in the south tower suite the toilets are low and the beds are high. I heard others say the same. I think the beach area is really nice. Because its on the south end theres way less hotels. Casino is nice, well serviced. Check in/out can be a little testy even with valet but all have that. Theres a 7-11 and Dunkin Donuts a block away. Avoid ATM machines, $8/9 is the fee.
When I arrived for check in I was giving incorrect information to location of the west tower.The agent at the check in/out desk told me to take elevators to the right that took me a floor of meeting and banquet rooms,when returning back to the desk she gave me incorrect info again.I had to ask other guest if they knew how to get to the West tower couldn't find any hotel staff after 25 minutes another guest told me the correct way to finding the floor and elevators.

This hotel is a city inside a hotel. I would stay here again for sure. I loved it but the bed was horrible, mattresses need to be replaced. Great location and great amenities

Very nice
I spent most of my night and day waiting for the elevators. The line was longer than the wait for a ride at the amusement park. I don't think I'll stay here again :(
