Overnight Stay in Atlantic City The Tropicana is perfect for a short mid-week getaway. If you're staying at the Tropicana primarily for the entertainment (shopping, restaurants, clubs, etc.), the Havana Tower is the perfect room location. While easily accessible to the parking garage, the Havana Tower is not close to the casino. Also, be aware that you will need to walk through the casino to reach the boardwalk area restaurants/stores and the beach.

Food options were pretty good, room was decent although no room service provided, what made the experience not good for me is the elevator situation, everyday we have to wait for the elevators, people were waiting 30 mins, 45 mins, 1 hour, sitting in the floor due to waiting. We had to ride it up from the 53 floor to the 68th floor just to go back down to the main lobby. We even stopped on every floor going up and coming back down, day after day, Tues-Fri.
